What is our return policy?
Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
How long will my delivery take?
The time your delivery will take depends on the postage option you choose. If you request a local delivery and need it quickly, choose our door-to-door courier option.

Print out this chart of ring size circles at 100%. Get one of your loved one's current rings. Remember to make sure they wear this ring on the finger you are shopping for. Place their ring on top of each circle. The one that matches is the size you're looking for!
How do I find out my finger size?
Most of our rings are adjustable in nature, so we don't follow specific sizing guidelines. The best way to find out your finger size is to visit a local jewelry store and have your size measured by them. Use a piece of string or dental floss and wrap it around the base of your finger. Use a pen to mark the point on the string where the ends meets - measure the string. Choose the closest millimeter measurement to our chart to find your ring size.
Caring for your adjustable ring
If your ring is adjustable please take care not to bend it continuously over a period of time as it will cause damage. Take your jewelry off when showering or cleaning to maintain its lustre.
